Custom domain setup

If you want to use your own domain platform.mysystem.com instead of mysystem.oneffect.us you need to do the following:

  1. Set up CNAME for your "platform.mysystem.com" domain (instructions below)
  2. Create a support ticket or send an email to support@effectus-software.com
    Make sure you specified the domain you want the platform will be assigned to. Domain mapping will be setup within 1 business day.

CNAME configuration

CNAME is DNS entry responsible for the aliases. It could be added via DNS management section of your domain name registrar control panel.

  • platform.mysystem.com CNAME mysystem.oneffect.us

Meaning, domain platform.mysystem.com will be pointed to mysystem.oneffect.us.

Option TTL (Time To Live) could be set to 86400 (1 Day)

IMPORTANT: mysystem should be replaced with your own unique subdomain for EFFECTUS.
