EFFECTUS widgets are small blocks of information displayed at the left sidebar of your platform screen. This could be simple text guiding the users of your network, banners, links or more advanced widgets that used for 3rd party integrations.

Only Admin has access to Widgets configuration. Log in as Admin, go to "Tools" - "Widgets". You can see the list of current widgets. You can change them or add new widgets.
You can also change the order the widgets are displayed on the page. Just use Drag and Drop.

You should be a Network administrator (admin account) to have the ability to manage that.
Just submit a Support ticket and explain the issue in details if you have any questions.
