We recommend to use server side tracking between HasOffers and EFFECTUS platforms for the most accurate tracking.

Offer Set Up

1. EFFECTUS: start adding the offer the regular way. The only difference, we should pass HASH to HasOffers platform via Offer Landing Page URL. Just add &aff_sub=[HASH]at the end of HasOffers URL.

   Example:

2. EFFECTUS: When offer is added, go to "Offer Edit" page, click on "Get Pixel"link and copy Server Side Pixel. It is always: http:// [YOUR_PLATFORM_URL]/affiliate/track_by_hash/[INSERT_HASH_VALUE_HERE]/[TRACK_ID]/

3. HasOffers: go to Offer, find "CONVERSION PIXELS / URLS" block, select "Postback URL"and insert EFFECTUS pixel URL.

   IMPORTANT: replace [INSERT_HASH_VALUE_HERE] with {aff_sub} and [TRACK_ID] with {transaction_id} (optional). So URL will be something like this: http:// [YOUR_PLATFORM_URL]/affiliate/track_by_hash/{aff_sub}/{transaction_id}

Set Up Verifying

• When conversion is recorded at HasOffers, you will be able to see EFFECTUS HASH code at the reports. HASH should consist 32 alpha-numeric characters. If it is not, please check #1 Offer Set Up section above.

• If everything is OK, you will get a conversion at EFFECTUS. To check the details, go to "Offer Edit" page and click on "Pixel Debugging" icon. You will be able to see the transaction status, HASH and HasOffers Transaction ID.

• If there is no conversion at EFFECTUS. Go to general pixels log: http://[YOUR_PLATFORM_URL]/affiliate/track_debug/And find the reason of Fail. If there is no record - Postback URL has been added not correctly, see #3 Offer Set Up section above.
