What "Show own users only" at Managers page means?

Under Admin, at the "Tools" - "Managers", when add or edit the manager there is an option right after Position field "Show own users only". What does it means?

It is option for limitation the manager.  If it is checked, it affects the following: 

  • Manager can see the Reports and Statistic for users (affiliates/advertisers) assigned to this Manager only
  • Manager can Add or Edit offers belonging to advertisers assigned to this Manager only
  • Manager can see payment transactions for users assigned to this Manager only
