EFFECTUS provides very useful feature for Administrators and Network Managers to track performance of Email campaigns sent via EFFECTUS.
The E-mail Tracking System feature can be found at tab Tools - E-mail. It provides the statistics how many emails nave been sent, received by users and offers clicked.

When Email is sent, the Statistic button will appear at Actions column. Click this button to check Email Statistic.

You will find the next information:
Email sent - it's amount of sent emails.
Emails read - it's amount of read emails.
Offer clicks - it's amount of redirects from read email to EFFECTUS offers.
IMPORTANT!
Email Tracking System is enabled for emails which were sent after 17th of October 2011 only.
