Accounting -> Invoices Feature

We have added new possibility to make invoices for Affiliates and Advertisers under Administrators and Network Directors accounts.
The Invoices feature can be found at tab Accounting - Invoices.
Example:
To add new invoice just click on Add Invoice link and fill the next form:

To preview an Invoice just click Preview Invoice button in Actions column.
