Why does Sub ID report take much time or timing out?

I am under Admin and want to run the report broken down by Sub IDs for all (certain affiliates) Why does it take much time or timing out?

We strongly recommend that Sub ID report is run under "Reports" - "Affiliates Reports" section and manager select ONE certain affiliate at a time
