Effectus has the ability to set different payouts for an offer during different periods of time. The number of periods is unlimited.

Steps for setting up different payouts

  1. Select an offer you want to change the payout for and go to the "Edit Offer" page.
  2. At the "Edit Offer" page find the "Payment details" section and the link "Payouts changes".

    Example:

  3. You can add unlimited date ranges for when the payouts would be changed.

    Example:

    Notes:

    • If an "End Date" is not defined, it means it is open. All dates after "Start Date" will be effected.
    • If a "Start Date" is not defined, it means it is open. All dates prior to "End Date" will be effected.
    • If a "Start Date" and an "End Date" are not defined, the changes will effect the transactions regardless of the date.
    • If there are more than one payouts setting for the same dates - the LAST set of payouts will be used.
    • After new payout parameters are added, the "Reports" section will be updated immediately.
    • The "Accounting" section and all PAST payment operations (which new payouts effect) will not be updated. You can do it manually by following these instructions.
  4. When payment parameters are added you can refresh the "Edit Offer" page and see the new parameters. If you hover your mouse over the numbers, you will see the date range details.
